Taif Sami made the first statement on the salaries of the region

The Iraqi Finance Minister is meeting with the Finance Committee of the Iraqi Parliament to discuss the amendments to the budget law, the share of the Kurdistan Region and the salaries of employees.

"We have decided in your interest and you must cooperate with us," Finance Minister Taif Sami told Kurdish lawmakers at a meeting with the Iraqi parliament\\'s finance committee.

A delegation from the Iraqi Ministry of Finance has been in Erbil for three days to audit the list of salaried employees in the Kurdistan Region.

According to the Federal Court, Baghdad must send the salaries of the Kurdistan Region by the end of this month, until the budget is amended to 618 billion dinars.
